Get Out of Debt by Going on a Diet
If you need to lose weight and lose debt then the get out of debt diet is a fantastic idea for you. The basic premise is both losing weight and saving money is about self control. If you are going to shape yourself up anyway you might as well do it both physically and financially. Weight problem and debt problem help can start with you! So here’s basically how it works.
Start Eating Less
If you’re gaining weight you are eating more than your maintenance calorie requirements. Especially when I’m stressed about money I go right for the Oreo cookies. By reducing your calorie intake by 25% you’ve probably saved at least 10% on your grocery bill and maybe more. Some of the junk food is real expensive. Put the savings towards your debt.
Start Eating Healthier
When you eat healthier (like not fast food and chips everyday) you will generally feel better and be sick less. Also, your body cycles will feel more natural so you won’t require as many pain pills, sleeping pills, caffeine drinks, or the like. You can take your pharmacy and doctor savings to your credit card bills as well.
Work Out More
When you work out you don’t have time to be spending money. If you come home from a hard day at work and run for an hour you’re not going to feel like going to the mall. Don’t bother with a fancy gym membership or expensive workout equipment. Just go out and play. If you have pets or kids bring them along, they love it and they’ll keep you moving much longer than you wanted to.
Enjoy the Extra Income
You may think it’s unfair, but statistically people who are healthier earn more money. So take your new found confidence to the bank by asking for a raise or finding a new job. With your weight and debt reduction programs, soon you’ll be looking fine and have the means to get out of debt.
Your Sayings About Life Are What Create Your Life
Everyone is different. Some people feel their life is amazing, while others feel terrible on a daily basis. Some people live their dreams while others feel like they are living a nightmare. This huge variety leads one to wonder just what makes the difference in how people’s lives come out. You could say it it is simply fate. On the other hand, you could decide to believe something more empowering. I believe that our sayings about life create our experiences.
We all have unconscious habits of how we think about our lives. These habits have influences in our childhood, but they are also under our conscious control and can be changed anytime. Everyone has different interpretations of reality. For example, one person may interpret failure as a learning experience, while another person may decide that failure is a reason to quit.
There are a multitude of influences for our sayings about life and our belief systems. The biggest influencers are family and peer groups. If you grow up with friends who constantly make comments like “I’m a failure”, you too may start to believe such a thing. You must realize though that you are the only person who has total control over your thoughts and beliefs. Outside stimuli may influence them, but you are the only master of your mind. If you don’t like your habits, you can change. What sayings about life would you believe if you knew anything was possible? Perhaps you’d chose to replace a fear of failure with a belief like that of Theodore Roosevelt: “The only man who never makes a mistake is the man who never does anything.” Remember, your environment does not control you. YOU control you.
You are in control of your life. You can choose to accept the life metaphors that your upbringing has given you. Or instead of leaving things up to chance, you can consciously evaluate your beliefs. Figure out what is healthy and what isn’t, and believe things that empower you.

Starting Early Retirement Investing
When we are already nearing the age of retirement, we can’t help but think if we are going to have a better future especially when you haven’t got any saving in your account. Most of us started working at the age of 18 or even earlier to support our needs and of course our family. We spend too much without saving any for the future. This kind of attitude would only lead us to a future with empty investment. However, it’s never too late to start investing for your retirement especially when you are still young.

Stock market could be the right place to invest but it could also be the wrong one since many fails to succeed in this process and ended with nothing.
You must know that retirement investing is very important to each and everyone, so, it would be wise to secure it in a way that we can use it in the future. Make sure not to become a victim of one of the investment mistakes.

Once again I find myself watching and listening to Sean Stephenson for some inspiration. It’s quite nice to take just a few minutes and get that ‘Ah Ha!’ inspiration from someone like Sean.
