Last year for our 20th we went to Whistler in the Rocky Mountain’s of British Columbia, Canada. Although we had pretty nice weather it really wasn’t the best time of year to go. It is kind of ‘in between’ seasons so a number of restaurants close for renovations and to get ready for the ski season. Plus the mountain is closed for about a month for the same reason so you can’t get up for hiking or sight seeing.

This year we decided to try the city instead. We stayed downtown at the Marriott Pinnacle. It is a beautiful hotel. Plus we had great weather on Saturday. So, we rented a couple of bikes and rode all the way round Stanley Park. We can now understand why people say this is one of the most beautifuo parks in the world!
